CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item within 30 days for a merchandise refund or exchange. All returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee, must be unopened and in resalable condition. Credit will not be granted for merchandise unsuitable for resale. All returned merchandise is subject to inspection, must be in original packing and contain the original product insert(s) and/or instructions for use. Merchandise that has been marked, affixed with stickers, shows any modification to ITL Animal Healthcare’s product labeling or with crushed packaging will not be accepted.
ITL Animal Healthcare will only pay return shipping costs if returned items were shipped in error due to incorrect product information listed on our website. If order was placed and the return items in question were due to customer's error, the initial shipping charges will not be refunded. Additional shipping charges for exchanges will apply.
All refunds are credited to the credit card account used during purchase and are subject to review. Please allow 5-7 business days to process all refunds.

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
Orders are shipped within two business days from our Virginia warehouse however due to size or weight some shipments may require extra time for delivery. Customers will be contacted immediately if an order will be delayed beyond the standard shipping time.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICY

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
